During UScellular’s paid internship, students are able to learn from project-driven work. The program is driven by a development plan that mentors and leaders fill with impactful work, learning, and fun. This immersive experience also includes networking with senior executives and business professionals at every level, as well as regular connections with other interns.

UScellular offers a variety of internships in all major departmental disciplines, including accounting, finance, communications, information technology (IT), engineering, human resources, marketing, project management, and supply chain/operations.

• In addition to their department, interns are also exposed to other key business areas and departments.
• Each intern has one or more mentors who will provide guidance throughout the summer.

• Leaders work with interns to help them develop both personally and professionally so that upon graduation, they will be better equipped for a possible full-time opportunity with UScellular.
• Interns showcase their accomplishments by presenting to VP level, management, and peers.
