We had weekly career development sessions at MetLife where senior leaders would take time to talk to the interns. It would have been very easy to give each intern a laptop and forget about them until the end of the summer, but the MTU program leaders took full advantage of the work-from-home situation and allowed all interns (regardless of which branch they work for) to participate in the virtual sessions.
