The foundation is one of the best parts our firm has. I am passionate about non-profits and am currently seeking a board position on a local LGBTQ+ non-profit and I have resources in both knowledge and financial assistance if I were to apply through the foundation. We have several women's groups to help us excel, and an initiative for black students. My fiancee and I recently faced discrimination from a wedding venue and it was picked up by several local and a national news source. After the days off from Christmas, I had received emails and messages from several partners and the CEO with well wishes, offers of support, and apologies for what happened.
