I have work at two larger firms. Aprio has a much better quality of life. We work probably just as hard but the firm seems to care more about each employee's well being more. It is recognized when you go over and beyond and it is noticed when you are working long hours and people acknowledge it and reward it even if it is just kind words or sometimes with gift cards, etc.
