Hours can be tough because senior bankers regularly send comments at very late hours of the night or weekend without regard for junior employees' time. There is a new focus by mid level employees to improve this with senior bankers that has had some benefit. However, the culture is great and berating junior employees or yelling is absolutely prohibited at all levels and this has been communicated clearly.
