Assignments vary, and associates say that they are provided with consequential work and opportunities to engage in new areas with appropriate guidance. Associates can meet the billable target of 1,950 hours, which they think is fair, and they enjoy flexibility with where and when they work. Salaries and standard bonuses are below the market standard, but performance and discretionary bonuses can narrow the gap. Technology resources, including AI platforms, and an innovative technology team called IncuBaker receive high marks.
