• Representing all plaintiffs in the multidistrict litigation In Re Terrorist Attacks on September 11, 2001, seeking to hold accountable alleged material sponsors and supporters of the terrorist organization responsible for the attacks.
•  Obtained a major victory before SCOTUS in Manhattan Community Access Corporation v. Halleck, with the Court holding that a private company operating public access channels was not a "state actor" and therefore not subject to liability under the First Amendment.
• Handled a three-day bankruptcy auction for Akorn Holding Company (which involved hundreds of participants and resulted in successful purchasers paying an aggregate of $309 million), negotiated the subsequent asset purchase agreements, and closed the resulting 21 individual sale transactions on behalf of the trustee appointed to administer the estate.
• Represented the founder/CEO, as a minority owner, and the management team of the popular streetwear brand Supreme in its acquisition by VF Corporation in a transaction valued at $2.1 billion.
