While the overall business outlook for the economy, and potentially our industry, are a little dim (because of the coronavirus), Bates White is well situated when you consider all the circumstances. The firm is privately held, carries no debt, has excess cash, and, most importantly, continues to have a strong pipeline of ongoing and even new work.

The firm was able to transition everyone to a full-time telework environment almost seamlessly. There were minor hiccups here and there, but everyone went from working in the office to working from home the next day, complete with firm-provided equipment.
