The firm has done an extremely good job weathering the storm of COVID-19 thus far. In fact, we have been busier since the start of the pandemic than before it, and expect that to continue. In terms of innovation, the firm is extremely innovative in terms of the analytical and economic arguments it puts forth in cases. In terms of technical innovation, we are making positive changes but have a ways to go.
