Consulting as a career brings some challenges (longer hours, stress, travel for some, etc.) and Bates White does a good job helping people navigate those and ensuring we have strong management so we don't make the job unnecessarily stressful. I'm often astounded at the level of "unforced errors" my friends describe in their consulting companies.
