The best aspect is that the firm is very flexible with where you do the work from as long as it gets done. Day to day schedules are also very flexible and people can roughly set their own hours (except when a deadline is close). It is fairly easy to take time off. The worst aspect is the unpredictability of client and expert requests, especially on busy cases.
