Best aspect of our career development is our informal training and mentoring. Most important skills are learned on the job in the context of work assignments. Within the past 2 years, our formal training programs have expanded significantly. For example, we now offer LinkedIn Learning and Data Camp training programs. Perhaps most challenging is our relative lack of success with recruiting a racially diverse pool of undergraduate employees.
