Process starts in the early Fall:

First round: on-campus for target schools and on the phone for non-target. One hour long, 30-40 min case and the rest is behavioral

Second round: On-site/Skype if candidate is international, 2 1-hour cases, 1.5 hour lunch, 2 1-hour behavioral with management, and 30 mins with HR/recruiter

We look for candidates who are able to think critically about a problem, clearly communicate results and problems, work well on teams, have shown a vested interest in learning, and any skills in data analysis are a plus.
