Blue Matter's review process for promotions feel very fair and encouraging. The feedback I received so far have been very thorough, and rich in actionable feedback to continue to improve. As a company Blue Matter is diverse in terms of race, and in terms of project types. All employees are treated equally in what project opportunities they experience. Formal training is well thought through, and generally targeted at specific pain points that employees voice, which makes the formal training very helpful. Informal training is also culturally done through regular mentorship meetings, which keep everyone accountable to their goals.
