Given the smaller size of our firm, our formal trainings are not fully baked, and we are still in the process of developing a comprehensive, standardized suite of formal trainings for each level. However, this a major focus area for the organization and the partners are committed to investing heavily in this area.

The promotion process and policies are extremely clear and merit-based. Promotions are made solely based on factors within the control of the individual (i.e., competencies) and do not include external factors such as tenure, the company's bottom line, leverage ratio, etc. This is unheard of within the consulting industry.
