There are minimal travel requirements - you may only travel three times a year. Given the COVID situation, all travel has been paused, and all client meetings will be virtual regardless of whether or not they are local to San Francisco. Work-life balance in consulting does not get any better than the work-life balance at Blue Matter. There is never an expectation to work on the weekends, so we rarely work on weekends. In addition, you are typically staffed up to 50 hours across 2-3 projects; however, the actual number of hours worked often falls below 50 hours.
