I have previously worked at a large top 5 consulting firm, and Blue Matter is far superior in terms of prioritizing people's well-being. Travel is minimal as we have a localized model, and the firm minimizes burnout by tracking consultant's hours and actively mitigating long workweeks by giving project teams extra resources / support or reducing project load whenever consultants are working more than ~55 hours a week.
