Compensation progression has been great, I have been happy with my growth both professionally and how I've been compensated. My favorite benefit would be the reimbursement offered for certain out of office activities. We are encouraged to pursue continued education or personal growth outside of the office through reimbursement of classes / courses. This includes recreational activities such as cooking or dancing.
