I think it is most important that you be passionate about the work, and be confident in your reasons for wanting to be a consultant. I think you should apply to Eagle Hill if you value a supportive and collaborative environment but are also ready to steer your own ship and jump into things without having all the answers ready in advance. Eagle Hill fosters creativity and independence, but the flip side of that is that you have to be game for some uncertainty and be to proactively seek out solutions to problems you encounter.
