Top Grading is a technique we have been trained on that promotes a scorecard system to select the best candidate. Once you have been phone screened you receive a phone or in person interview with 2 members who ask and record responses. Our hiring team does call backs and offers but anyone who has passed the top grading training course can conduct an interview.
