As opposed to my previous employer (Accenture), I receive thorough reviews after each engagement, highlighting strengths and opportunities for growth. Each of those reviews roll up to a 6-month performance review, twice as often as I received at Accenture and therefore doubling my feedback for my own benefit. Promotions occur quarterly. Additionally, each consultant at all levels receives a informal mentor of their choosing for informal feedback and advice, complete with a budget for lunches and dinners.
