Weekends really are time off at L.E.K., with project planned to be done only on weekdays, being extremely rare the requirement for any work on Saturday or Sunday. There is a culture is of inclusivity, flexibility and accommodation, which generate a non-stressful environment even when the project is on a peak week in terms of working hours. As usual on consulting projects, there is a certain level of unpredictability in terms of working hours for some weeks of each project, but even for those situations, manager and senior team try to accommodate as much as possible to team's previous personal commitments.
