We have a first round interview followed by a final round with 3 senior team members and a lunch. We notify candidates of decisions within 2 weeks.

An ideal candidate is a critical thinker who can piece together many different pieces of evidence into an overall conclusion, recognizing which pieces are more relevant than others. We are also looking for someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Lastly, we are looking for someone who is open to coaching and eager to learn and grow. Combined, the above indicate a strong future project manager.
