I have always appreciated our lack of travel. In the height of my travel, pre-COVID, I was only traveling once or twice a month for 1-2 days at a time. Allowed me to really enjoy the office culture and connect with my colleagues. It also is an enormous time-saver.

The other aspect I really like is the culture. I genuinely enjoy working and interacting with my colleagues. In my 8+ years here, there is only 1 person who I genuinely disliked working with. I also have tremendous respect for the partners and the unique value each one brings.

The one challenge is that there is always some level of unpredictability in terms of hours during the week due to client demands, but that is a bit par for the course in consulting.
