We have three phases, first with analysts, all dot he 3 type of questions I showed upwards, then with managers and then with CEO. If we all agree that is a good candidate, the last phase is a business case, a presentation of 40 minutes in English with a analyst an associate a manager and an executive team member. After that, the manager calls and indicates that he/she is the correct candidate and we are happy to have her in the team, the manager explains the compensation plan and all the benefits.
