SVM is a very flexible company, driven by results and success on projects, we do have a work schedule and labor hours, but we always know when we need to deliver and the expected quality of our work. Travel depends on projects, but when we do not need to be on a client's office we are encourage work from home. We can always take time off if its necessary.
