We ask questions looking for three things: 1. Good human beings: we for example ask what they thing about inequality, or climate change, how they would handle it if they were politicians and how they help the world to become a better place to live. 2. Team fit: we ask how they handle hard situations. 3. Analytical Skills: How would they calculate the government budget for public cars gasoline in a year, questions like that, where they have to think out of the box and use analytical skills.
