Promotion policies are great and conducted fairly at regular intervals. There is formalised trainining regularly and all employees have mentors & coaches to promote informal mentoring and training, both in terms of technical skills as well as personal / 'softer' coaching. The only area of difficulty would be internal mobility to other teams in Teneo, as Teneo Consulting is focused on Strategy Consulting and hence fundamentally different from other Teneo departments such as PR, communications, risk advisory, etc.
