I believe the ideal candidate must be intelligent and hardworking, but also fundamentally 'a nice person'. On one hand, the firm prides itself on selecting only the best candidates that display both sharpness of intellect and willingness to work hard, grow and challenge themselves. At the same time, the individual should be well-rounded (with pursuits outside of academics / work) as well as a nice and friendly person that is able to get along with other people in firm and will add value to the social cohesion of the company.
