The interview process is designed to be rigorous and agile. Candidates typically receive feedback within 24 hours. We aim for it to be challenging but enjoyable. Candidates progress through several rounds - screening, online testing and then video and in-person interviews with increasingly senior colleagues.
The ideal candidate is smart (obviously), rounded and communicates well. Interest in business and good commercial instincts are essential - they need to be able to work at pace under some pressure and demonstrate strong self motivation.
