We do a good job fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, especially at the junior levels. We have a diversity and inclusion team which helps make people feel included. Educational diversity is still a work in progress although we do have a broader spread of university representation. At the more senior levels, representation could be improved on gender, race and sexual diversity.
