A shared dedication
Ask anyone at Chartis about the importance of what they do, and you will hear a deep commitment to providers, clinicians, patients, the community, and each other. Chartis attracts extraordinarily talented people with healthcare in their DNA—physicians, nurses, and consultants—all brought together through a shared dedication to its core values. Chartis attracts extraordinary talent from top MBA programs, industry, and other consulting firms through its unique value proposition—at Chartis, colleagues “love what they do, love who they do it with, and love who they do it for.”
In fulfillment of its mission, Chartis is focused internally on bringing together diverse talent and
perspectives and is committed externally to addressing health disparities and ensuring equal access to care for all.
In addition to its mission-driven client work, Chartis supports organizations making a difference in underserved communities through Chartis Cares, a multi-faceted program in which the firm's colleagues give back to their communities through pro bono consulting, charitable athletic events, philanthropic giving, and volunteer service.
Leading the way
Chartis continues to be a compelling voice on the healthcare stage, speaking and writing on industry-shaping topics related to financial sustainability, the provider enterprise, the health ecosystem of the future, partnerships, digital and advanced technologies, and high-reliability care. Thought leadership development is critical to the firm’s positioning—it has long been known for thought-provoking assertions on transforming healthcare and is focused on helping its clients anticipate and navigate what’s next. Early in the pandemic, Chartis established a COVID-19 Resource Center and created more than 30 pieces of content within three months to support provider organizations and rapidly developed new offerings to address clients’ needs. The firm also established several external affinity groups, drawing upon its deep relationships to bring together Chief Medical Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, and Chief Information Officers to share best practices and support one another through the crisis.
COVID-19 Update
As Chartis navigates the global COVID-19 health crisis, we remain committed as a firm to cultivating an environment where every colleague has the opportunity to grow, learn, and impact their clients and communities in meaningful ways. To further this mission during the pandemic we have created the Chartis HomeFront, a platform through which we connect all of our colleagues and share our respective HomeFront experiences. For instance, we’ve created new communication channels and resources including townhall forums, weekly newsletters, a work from home playbook, caregiver chats/resources, virtual happy hours, a community service interest group, virtual fitness classes, an employee-focused COVID-19 resource center and an enhanced on-demand training library.
From an external perspective, the Chartis team has rapidly mobilized to develop thought leadership, insights and new service offerings to address the acute challenges facing our healthcare clients. We are providing strategies that can be rapidly deployed to serve patients and ensure the health of the organizations we support as well as the broader healthcare industry.
