Our process occurs way too late in the OCR season to get great talent. In my own process, if I hadn't been promised by the interviewer that he was going to get me an offer I would have accepted a spot at another consulting firm that had their offer to me well before Infosys. The turn around takes so long that even very interested candidates are forced to accept other offers out of fear of having no offers left.
