I was asked about how I would calculate the number of ping pong balls to fill an airplane, how I would discover how to cut costs for a waste management company (wherein after questions it became apparent they needed an electronic customer management software) and how I would analyze whether a car company should launch a line from their European market into North America. There were also behavioral questions about how I solve problems, find compromises and motivate team members etc.
