About Morgan Stanley Summer Analyst & Associate Internship Programs

The Morgan Stanley campus programs are designed for you to start and grow your career, whether in technology, investment banking, wealth management, or another division. Programs flex to varied interests and backgrounds.

Interns at Morgan Stanley join a specific team and are positioned to make a positive impact during their 10-week experience. Depending on the area, interns will contribute to live transactions, create their own work product and will serve as a fully functioning member of the team. Many internship programs include 4-5-week project assignments that are presented to Division Management at the end of the summer experience. All internship programs include exposure to senior management, in-classroom and on-the-job training, lunch-and-learn sessions, community service, and many networking opportunities across the firm.
