“Relevant projects with lots of support and learning opportunities that help to develop the interns in their focus area and professionally.”

That we had it. The fact that the company was able to pivot to a virtual atmosphere while maintaining the quality of the internship was impressive.

Lots of opportunity to learn and grow with the program.

Opportunities to meed with and ask questions of leaders at the highest levels of the organization.

Due to the restrictions from COVID-19, we were unable to meet in person as a group. This is not against the company because they did a great job of making us feel included and a part of the organization. It was just the lack of in person interaction that was caused by the circumstances of the summer.

Advice to Potential Interns

Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Managers and leaders are willing to help and support you. They are willing to take time out of their days to talk with you and answer questions. Don't feel like you are being a burden or a pest because you are asking questions or want more information or need help.
