Our leadership is strong, they've done an excellent job managing the complexities that COVID-19 brought out. We had not had one single lay-off as a result, and bonuses/promotions/raises were business as usual this year. We do have a new minimum hours requirement of 40 hours per week must be billable, which is not necessarily fair given the admin work required and cyclical nature of our jobs, but definitely understandable given the work-from-home environment.
