I definitely think it is important for the firm to support all of it's employees and for those employees to feel like they are included. I suppose it is good business to provide additional resources for those employees who may have a need. However, there are several diverse partners in the areas including women, lgbt, and a large variety of ethnicities. How much preferential treatment is necessary for people based on race and lifestyle choice? Shouldn't everything be based on merit?
