Promotion process is generally very fair. International opportunities are available to the extent that some clients are global and their projects require travel outside of the US to get face time with the client to present the final deliverable. Formal training is less so than the large consulting firms but this has been getting better in recent years thanks to our Chief of Staff and Operations team. There is extensive informal training and mentoring at multiple levels within the firm - you meet once per month to have lunch with a career mentor who is significantly more senior than yourself to guide you through your overall professional growth and career planning; you have training mentors who are closer in seniority and guide you through the day to day aspects of your work; additionally there are unofficial, informal mentorship opportunities given that everyone at the firm is accessible and willing to help as needed.
