Best: there's really no limit to what you can pursue and learn here in terms of new technology, frameworks, and more. We received $1,500 annually to pursue training and certifications. Our company has also paid for cohorts of training - such as a big push for PMP candidates last year.

Worst: there's a "manifest your own destiny" culture here that works really well for our more experienced and more internally-motivated teammates. I sometimes wonder how it's working for our more junior teammates who may not yet have the structure and matured compass to know how to self-direct. I don't experience this - my team is all more experienced and high-fliers, but I get the sense that might be the case for some of our other teams.
