These questions are worded as if there is some intentionality to seeking out diversity and I would say we do not do that. What we do is hire/promote the right person for the job and that has unintentionally resulted in a crazy diverse team - across gender, race, religion, politics, sexual orientation, ability, Veteran status, etc.
