I work a lot of hours each week, often getting up very early to get "my work" done prior to clients, teams, business partners, and internal operations spinning up as others log on. I choose to do this - I'm not the best about setting boundaries (and don't have a huge need for boundaries at the moment since I don't have things like family, pets, etc.). I've also chosen to commit to frequent travel (weekly) in order to nurture relationships that have lead to unprecedented sales numbers for me.

Some days it's a lot but I'm choosing all of it, it is not a LeapPoint-enforced / encouraged thing.
