Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP’s rotational internship allows students majoring in accounting to build a solid foundation in both audit and tax. This unique program offers students the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a professional environment.

Interns will spend their first few days onboarding with the recruiting team. After onboarding, they will begin rotating through Audit and Tax, gaining exposure to a variety of clients and industries while collaborating with employees at all levels. Interns have the chance to work in small groups, building deep relationships and a sense of community with those who may become their future Associate peers. As an additional resource throughout the summer, recruiters hold office hours to support interns, helping them navigate CPA academic planning and departmental interests leading to a full-time position.

In addition to the rotations, a variety of social events take place throughout the summer, providing opportunities to connect with fellow interns and co-workers in a casual setting. Previous events have included attending the Firm’s annual meeting, participating in community service, visiting Topgolf, enjoying a Giants game, exploring the California Academy of Sciences, and engaging in other social gatherings organized by the office.

The program is available in California, with offerings in San Francisco, San Jose, and San Diego. Mobility during the program is required for training and off-site activities.
