Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP’s rotational internship allows students majoring in accounting to build a foundation in audit and tax as well as gain exposure in smaller, niche departments. This unique internship presents students with an opportunity to gain practical work experience in a professional environment.
Interns will spend their first few days onboarding with the recruiting team. After onboarding, interns will begin their rotations through Audit, Family Office, and Tax. Interns are exposed to many different clients and industries while working with employees of all levels during the program. Each intern will be assigned a career counselor to assist them during rotations and help them navigate interests leading to a full-time position.
Outside of rotations, a variety of social events take place throughout the summer, allowing the chance to connect with fellow interns and co-workers in a casual setting. Previous events have included community service, attending the firm’s annual meeting, Giant’s game, touring Alcatraz, Top Golf, and other social gatherings by office.
The program is centered in the Bay Area, with offerings in either the San Francisco or San Jose offices. Mobility throughout the Bay Area is required for training and offsite activities.
