Each selected manager will oversee the marketing, sales, management, and customer relations of a house painting business in their hometown. It's very important the student demonstrates excellent communication skills and a tremendous work ethic.
In 2020, the average College Works Painting manager produced better than in any other year. The company's adapted sales process, and jobsite safety and cleaning standards enabled College Works to have a successful internship year despite the CV-19 pandemic.

Duration: 6 to 12 months; The internship is 5 to 7 months long. Internships are part-time in the Spring and full-time in the Summer
