We seem to just keep growing every year. We are acquiring other small businesses and hiring up a storm! Us employees are treated well and incentivized to stay, so it doesn't seem like we experience the same high turnaround that other public accounting firms do. This gives us more experienced seniors and managers, which then translates to happier and fulfilled staff.
