Leadership is good in most respects. It seems the supervisors don't understand how to do many things that the day to day audit application(CAST) workers know how to do. Management seems great, so they likely had their reasons for appointing supervisors, as I would understand. Besides this management seems to be well rounded in working with the employees and available at most times to talk.
