They were good to me, but it was a challenging get in. The recruiter was extremely respectful and helpful. For instance it was extremely important for me to leave on good terms with my old firm, so I needed to give a 2 weeks notice. They were very accommodating, my 2 weeks ran later than anticipated. They were very flexible with the start date, which I did not think was a big deal and they acted as if it were no big deal. It was a big deal though. they had to provide me with formal training by myself as there was no start class for the week I started. I think they spent a lot of resources training me.
