I can only talk about the firm's interview process for experienced hires (as I am one of them) but the firm asked me wide variety of questions via many different partners from both audit and tax, including questions related to types of audits/projects I have sold or managed in the past, questions about accounting and auditing knowledge, and questions about my experience and knowledge about industries I specialize in.
