We are paid fairly compared to others in our industry, the Company provides bonuses, gym reimbursement, large vacation time, flexible working hours if not at clients, HSA contributions, and 401k matching. There isn't much to complain about our compensation but as far as budgeting goes, its hard to budget for a bonus because we never know what it might be. Also, the 401k plan matches up to 2.5% but I would rather have a bonus than a bigger 401k match.
