The most reliable forecast is, "the business environment will change." We are adaptive and intentional. As talent and clients leave the SF Bay Area we will have new opportunities and challenges. We shifted into working from home without the slightest interruption and have improved training programs and well-being outreach as a result. I think this prepared us well for hiring non-local talent and working with more non-local clients (we already had a reasonable amount of both).
