Each of us has our own questions. I like to ask how candidates gain cooperation of others (e.g. a school project team member who is flaky) and how they handle too many deadlines no amount of overtime will solve at once. These are daily challenges with clients and their ever-changing needs so it's helpful to see a candidate's approach.
