Training was extremely thorough, but by the time I started to work, the value of all the different training we received was immediately obvious. Overall the training program was very well thought out, and the training committee is constantly seeking feedback on how to improve or evolve the sessions. Once I started casework, I felt like I was able to hit the ground running. Even if I didn't remember everything from training, having seen the information once meant that I could refer back to any training if I needed a refresher.

The promotion process is extremely transparent: the criteria for promotion are published for everyone to see, and during each review period, the senior management meets to align on the standard that they will apply to all employees of that level. I feel like my mentor is invested in my success, and provides actionable advice so that I can continue working towards the next promotion.
