Intense training program, 3 weeks at HQ, then 4 weeks of training projects, then weekly training courses (1-5 per week) that lasts for your entire first year of employment. Training does not only address the business related aspects of consulting but also goes in-depth into topic specific areas within pharmaceuticals, pricing and reimbursements, diagnostics, digital health, med tech, etc.
