Why Health Advances? Why healthcare consulting? We use case study interviews for all of our candidates. We draw from past projects we have actually worked on. This way, we can show interviewees the types of work we do and gauge their ability to ask questions and solve problems critically. It also ensures a lively discussion because we select a topic or project we were really interested in and can engage in thoughtful discussions with candidates.
