There is an initial phone interview, and then a round of in person case-style interviews at one of our offices.

An excellent candidate is intellectually curious, works well in a team setting, and isn't afraid of uncertainty. We are also looking for someone who will contribute positively to the firm culture by sharing a hobby or an outside of passion of theirs; for example, I traded home brewed beer with my mentor.
