The services we offer provide an ability to thrive in any economic environment. For example, our M&A offering grows in a good economy. Our Turnaround offering grows in a weak economy. We are well-positioned, and our leadership team is constantly thinking about what we can do to grow our pipeline.

We do not spend a lot of time innovating. We work mostly with mid-market manufacturing and distribution companies. We are constantly trying to grow our skills and be the best at what we do, but we are not leading the consulting industry in terms of innovation.
