We do a lot of "fit interviews", in addiiton to "case interviews". We hire from a small number of schools and are able to successfully sort thought resumes to quickly focus on students with the academic and extra-curricular achievements that will make them successful at Keystone. The same applies for experienced hires. We use one or two case studies that focus on business acumen and the logic of people's thought process. Whether sorting through a simple set of financial statements or developing analysis and a handful of slides to then present ot one of the Partners laying-out the "client's situation" and the candidates analysis and recommendations allows us to test candidates' analytical skills, presenttion skills, commmunication sills and their ability to think on their feet as they present to us and answer questions that are posed to them.
